Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Andranik Kachyan ("Jazve", "we", "us"), who operates the Jazve service at jazve.pages.dev and in the Jazve apps. By creating a workspace or using Jazve you agree to them. If you use Jazve for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company, and "you" means the company.
1. The service
Jazve is an online workspace for offices: visitor management, daily planning, a team hub, office requests, email design and related features. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
- Workspace administrators decide who can join and what each person can see and do.
- Tell us right away at akachyan@ihousing.us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. Your data
Everything you and your colleagues put into Jazve (for example employee details, visitor information, posts, files and requests) belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide and support the service for you. We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to add the information you put into Jazve, including telling visitors and employees how their information is used where the law requires it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Jazve to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
- send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive;
- upload malware or try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems that are not yours;
- overload, copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first.
5. Plans, trials and payment
- The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices shown when you subscribe.
- Paid plans start with a free trial. When it ends you can choose a paid plan; otherwise the workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
6. Third-party services
Jazve can connect to services you choose, such as Microsoft 365 (sign-in, Outlook and Teams) and Smartsheet. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, but we only use the access you give us to do what you asked.
7. AI features
Some features use AI providers to draft text or pick relevant news. AI output can be wrong; review it before relying on it. We do not allow these providers to train their models on your data.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep Jazve available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Contact us at akachyan@ihousing.us for help.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Jazve and close your workspace at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them. After a workspace is closed you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; after that we delete it, except copies we must keep by law or that remain for a short time in backups.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Jazve is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will notify workspace administrators at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Jazve after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
