JazvePrivacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Jazve handles, why, and the choices you have. Jazve is operated by Andranik Kachyan ("Jazve", "we", "us"). Questions: akachyan@ihousing.us.
Two kinds of information
Workspace content. Companies use Jazve to manage their own people and visitors. The information they put in (employees, visitors, posts, requests, files) is controlled by that company. For this content we act as a service provider: we process it only to run Jazve for that company and on its instructions. If you are a visitor or an employee of one of our customers, contact that company about your information; we will help them respond.
Account and usage information. For the people who sign in, we are responsible for the information needed to run accounts, billing and the service itself.
What we collect
- Account details: name, work email, job title, department, profile photo and sign-in method.
- Workspace content: for example visitor names, companies, contact details, visit times, parking details, employee directory details, posts, comments, requests and files.
- Optional details you choose to share: such as your birthday (day and month only) or news interests.
- Billing details: plan, invoices and billing contact. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
- Technical information: sign-in times, device and browser type, and error reports, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- to provide Jazve: send visitor invitations, create calendar events, show each person their day, run the team hub and requests;
- to keep accounts secure and prevent misuse;
- to support you and tell you about important changes to the service;
- to bill paid plans.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and Jazve shows no ads.

Industry News looks up public articles from news sources by topic only; no personal information is sent with those searches.
How long we keep it
We keep workspace content while the workspace is active. When a company closes its workspace we delete its content within 30 days of the closing, apart from limited copies in backups that expire on their normal schedule or records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's information is kept separate at the database level, and people only see what their role allows. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify the affected customers without undue delay.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and update your profile in Jazve at any time.
- Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Email akachyan@ihousing.us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
- For information a company manages in its workspace, contact that company first.
Cookies and local storage
Jazve uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember settings such as language and theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
Jazve is a workplace service and is not meant for children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will notify workspace administrators before the change takes effect and update the date above.
