Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create your workspace, invite your team and add visitors right away. You only add a card when you choose a paid plan after the trial.
Can we use only the visitor part?
Yes. Every part of Jazve works on its own. Many offices start with visitors and add My Day, the Team Hub or Requests later.
Where is our data kept?
Jazve runs on Supabase, a managed database platform that encrypts data in transit and at rest. Each company only ever sees its own workspace, and you can export your data at any time.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Jazve works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone, so the front desk can check guests in from an iPad and hosts can follow along from anywhere.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan. If you don't, the workspace moves to the free Starter plan; nothing is deleted.
